1. I'm grateful for my husband and my immediate family that look after
my well-being, know me well, and are my companions during joyful and
challenging times.
2. I'm grateful for my body, which is healthy and strong and enables me to enjoy exercise, good food, and serve others.
3.
I'm grateful for my faith, which teaches me how to learn from the
Spirit, access the Atonement, and view the world with a paradigm of
eternal progression.
4. I'm grateful for the economic, social, and educational opportunities I
have received because I live in a developed country and I was born into
the family that I was.
